About Us

Hello my name is Constance!! I am a Certified Pastry Artist, graduate of The New York Restaurant School class of "99 aka The ArtInstitute of New York City. I also have my food protection certificate from the City of New York. I attended NYRS to learn how to make cheese cakes and evolved from there.

At Connie’s Cakery you can be provided with any choice of dessert ideas. You can get cakes for your bridal shower to your baby shower! Wedding to golden anniversery! If you find that you would rather have Connie’s Cakery supply you with a dessert buffet (sweet table), wonderful! We can sit down and make up a menu!! You can have a choice of bite size sweets, single layer cakes, pies and tarts. Chocolate/candy covered fruit or truffles!
