Myself occaisionally with a second photographer, We have a selection of other photographers we work with as well

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No. Once I book your day I will not book another wedding

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I have a few Photographers in the event of unavailability

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

On a given day i carry about 6 lens, 2 bodies, 64 gb of memory, laptop, ipad and a tripod

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes always have both cameras with me

Do you charge hourly or full day?

By the Day

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

The packages I use are all day inclusive so no extra time needed

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

I do my best to not have to take a break. As for Meals, I only require a meal if booked for 4 hours or more.

Do you charge for travel?

I only charge If I have to fly or get a hotel room.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

I try and have the proof pictures online ready within 2-4 weeks

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

They are available online with some printed pictures available

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The clients are allowed to keep proofs until all orders are complete

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

yes, but printing rights are included with each package

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes but I give the availability of customers to print as well

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

I do provide copies of the pictures taken with every package

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes

What kind of albums do you offer?

Custom options, Photobooks, Leather Bound books, and much more.

When will the client get the final album?

I try and have the albums available with 2 months of the wedding
