Regina and I spoke several months before I ended up hiring her, she stood out in my mind out of all the other planners I spoke with because she was very personable and honest about what I was initially looking for in a planner and what services she offered. In the end her services ended up being the perfect fit. The guidance she offered during our first meeting were great building blocks for the nine months of planning I had ahead of me, she was organized, took a lot of notes, asked questions about both of our families, what was important to us in the day, what vendors we were using, etc. For the next several months she was available to talk or email anytime I needed a bit of professional guidance. The week before the wedding she helped finalize the timelines, all my vendor contracts and essentially every little detail for our wedding day. Without a doubt if Regina wasn't there with me the day of, I would not have been the smiling, calm and happy bride I was. She handled any problems that arose gracefully and calmly, and in a three story venue she orchestrated the whole night perfectly. I would recommend her to any bride. A lot of planners try to push their itinerary and do what they feel is best but she truly respected what we were trying to pull off and we did with her help. She is also very affordable for the budget conscious. She was a major part of my important day and without her it would not have been as amazing as it was.
