Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We highly recommend making appointments to any bridal salon you are visiting for the first time. Our store is smaller than most stores so we definitely encourage appointments and give priority to dressing rooms to appointments. Walk ins are WELCOMED! If you want to shop and not be bothered, that is fine too!

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Some Bridal designers require 12-16 weeks (I know, it's crazy!) to order and bridesmaid gowns need 10-14 weeks on average to order without a paid rush shipment. We do have designers that offer a shorter order time and some that even keep thier dresses instock for you to order.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We recieve new dresses every single month.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Alike most bridal shops in this industry, No Returns or Exchanges. All sales final.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes, she guarentees her work and will make sure the dress fits you just the way you want it to!
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
In addition to bridal gowns, we carry bridesmaid dress, flower girl dresses, mother of the bride, flower girl dresses, foundation garments, head pieces, veils and accessories, tuxedos, shoes and personalized gifts
