We offer private customized tastings by appointment only.

Hours vary. We are available on weekdays as well as weekends.
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Cakes are priced starting at $7.00 per serving. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know we will try our best to work with you.
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Yes.
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
We offer custom designed cakes. However, if there is a design that you have your heart set upon, we'll do that for you.
We will however suggest a slight twist or variation in design to make it your own.
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
We use the best ingredients we can get our oven mitts on. Often, they come from Europe and particularly France.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
The cake is baked no more than a day and a half in advance and immediately covered in buttercream and refrigerated to keep out the air and seal in the freshness.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
2 to 3
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We prefer to work with our hand sculpted sugar flowers. All the flowers you see in our portfolio we made from sugar. We can make most any flower in any color. If the florist's flowers are guaranteed organic, we will work with them. Otherwise we cannot because the majority of flowers are sprayed with pesticides.
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We rent out cake stands, cake plates, candy jars and other interesting items you may need for your special day.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
