1-3 days before the event the cake will be baked and it all gets assembled the day before.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
depending on the difficulty of the cake, location, and time of the event up to 5 cakes per weekend.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
