He not only took the time to speak on the phone in advance of the Wedding he was videographer for with my clients but made sure to meet them in person before the wedding day! And no rush or time frame, he was with us until we all knew we were on the same page! The day of the wedding he came to check in with me to ensure the clients were happy and taken care of.
