Michelle Tortuya is a Wedding & Event Consultant serving the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, as well as providing destination wedding planning services.
Prior to opening her own consulting firm in 2004, Michelle spent over ten years as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator in City Government. She planned and executed special events such as Grand Openings and employee team-building sessions.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Fullerton, in Organizational Communication. She is confident, calm, and organized. Through the planning process, Michelle loves to interject fun and enjoyment, to make sure her clients are delighted.
Charming Events offers many levels of services – special occasion planning such as Sweet 16 parties, Anniversaries, wedding day management, and full-service wedding planning.
Working with professional and talented vendors, Charming Events can assist you in creating the most dazzling, beautiful and Charming! day. Michelle is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC), and regularly attends functions with the Orange County Chapter.
