In business for more than 20 years, Catering By Robert is a full service catering and event planning company which focuses on the individual needs of each and every bride and groom. Our basic packages are designed with EVERYTHING needed to host a tasteful elegant wedding reception.

Pricing starts at $29.95 per person for 120 or more guests ($31.95 for 100-119) for the DUBLOON PACKAGE. This includes everything from chair covers and floor length neutral linens to a choice of colored linen napkins and guest table centerpieces. We cover and decorate ALL tables no matter what your needs. Fine china, flatware, water goblets, and champagne glasses are standard. We also custom decorate in your STYLE!

Not be overlooked is our deliciously prepared cuisine by Chef Robert and staff. Our basic DUBLOON package offers hors d’oeuvres, lots of sides, and a bountiful three entree dinner buffet. Because our packages are so comprehensive, you have extra money left over to spend on custom upgrades that are important to you.

If you choose an event facility that allows outside alcohol to be brought in, we can offer a full open bar service with bartenders, mixers, ice, soft drinks, garnishes AND liquor liability insurance all for only $2.95 per person (catering clients only). You furnish the alcohol which can be purchased as low as $4.50 per person for four to five hours. YOU WILL LITERALLY SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS hosting your own bar.

We have $1 million in liquor liability and prefer not to increase your event cost with a mark up in alcohol. . . in otherwords, we recommend facilities that allow you, the client to furnish your own alcohol with our open bar services ($2.95 per person) with all the mixers, cups, ice, soft drinks, bartenders and insurance. YOU CAN LITERALLY SAVE up to $2000 over hotel and resort open bars.

What other assistance can you give us as a newly engaged couple?

We are a full service event planner and can help you with any aspect of your wedding from vendor selection to ceremony design. We are prompt to answer emails and phone calls, no matter what stage of planning your are in. Once you become a client, you are assigned your own personal EVENT DESIGNER to help you focus on the aspects that are important to you and within your budget.

What is your downpayment?

We take anywhere from $800 to $1000 as an advance deposit which comes off the final balance due two weeks prior to your event. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

What makes your company different from the competition?

We are a smaller, focused company that chooses to host only one to two events a week. This enables us to concentrate on our clients’ needs. We are personally involved all phases of the event planning and are prompt to respond to questions and concerns.
