Thank you for your interest in the Castle Green, a “turn-of-the-century” landmark to stage your wedding or special event. Below is some information regarding our unique Pasadena venue.
Exciting things Castle Green provides for your special event:
* We have two exclusive caterers that you may choose from; Castle Catering who offers smaller budget menu options (www.castlecatering.net) and Dickenson West who offers high end menu options (www.dickensonwest.com).
* “Outside caterers” are not allowed on site, however they are encouraged to work with Castle Catering in order to serve specific ethnic cuisine. Please contact our office for information regarding our Kosher & Halal catering option.
* Castle Green allows you to bring in all your own alcohol which not only saves you money, but allows you to have the freedom to select your own choices! Your caterer can be your bartender as well as deliver your alcohol on and off site, if applicable. Castle Green will provide two bars at no additional fee.
* We give you TEN full hours, (3 ½ are reserved for set-up, 5 ½ reserved for actual event time, and 1 hour for clean-up at the end of the evening.)
* Stunning, and high end chiavari chairs and ivory cushions will be provided for up to 200 people, as well as twenty (20), 60” inch round tables at no additional charge. (for indoor use only)
* There are no minimums.
* Castle Green provides three (3) grand pianos (one in each area of our grounds), a 50” inch screen TV (not to mention smaller televisions for children’s rooms) for use of video presentations, slideshow, etc.. -- as well as a dramatically designed fireplace for your use.
* Hosts will have access to the entire ground floor, giving both outdoor and indoor experiences, and plenty of room to explore.
It would be our pleasure to take you on a site tour of the Castle Green so you may see its splendor in person. Our office hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tours may be arranged any time during these hours as long as no event is taking place. Friday $4,000 until 11:30pm
Saturday $5,950 until 11:30pm
Sunday $4,250 until 10:00pm
Weekdays $2,750 until 10:00pm
December Weekdays $3,000 until 10:00pm

Please add $500 to all holidays and advanced booked dates.
Half of the location fee and a $1000 refundable security deposit are required to confirm a date. The forms of payment accepted are personal check, cashier’s check or money order. No credit cards or cash will be accepted.
The event location fee includes the use of the entire ground floor of our landmark building as well as the veranda and our magnificent lush gardens. Your guests will delight in the grandeur of our Lobby with the elaborate Staircase, hors d’oeuvres in our Moorish and Turkish Salons, make a toast in the Sun Room, dine in our Grand Ballroom, and can enjoy a quiet moment in front of the fireplace in our Main Salon. Our rate includes nine (9) hours usage of the premises: 5 ½ hours are allocated for your actual event with the remaining time reserved for your vendors to set up. Also included in the rate is the use of up to 20 round banquet tables and 200 elegant gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions (indoor and covered patio use only).
