What are Bling Services? Enhance your commercially purchased gown with a little Bling. Bring in your already altered gown and have it enhanced with crystals, beads, silk flowers or add a lace jacket or shawl and make your dress more unique. Do you do Alterations? Yes alterations are done, this is separate to the Bling Services. Alterations begin at $125.00
