Everyone at Carmel Valley Ranch was nothing but wonderful! Franziska Haala & Paige Smith went above and beyond to make our day so special. All 3 of my bridesmaids and myself had our hair done by Letty, she was so awesome! We had our ceremony at the Vineyard Lawn following cocktail hour. We then went up to the Harvest Landing for dinner and the views are just impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing for our rehearsal dinner & the day of our wedding. We had 80 guests who couldn't quit raving about it! Everything went so smooth, the day was so magical. We couldn't of had a better venue and even though we spent more then we wanted too, we are so happy we did. Those memories will be cherished for a lifetime.

As best as I will try to do our Experience at CVR justice, no words could ever be enough to compliment how we were looked after. If you choose to have your wedding here its 5 star treatment the whole way. 6 months afterwards, we are still beaming from what was the best day of our lives. We got married in June 2016 in what was the most amazing day possible. Take our advice and put this on your list of venues to see.
From the moment we checked in to CVR the service was incredible and we were made to feel like Royalty. So many little touches just add up to so much. They are not obligated to look after you way they do but its a testament to how they choose to treat you.
2 examples of the service
- When we checked into our room, one of our wedding gifts from CVR was a card signed by the Lord Mayor of Dublin. I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. CVR would have picked this fact up from conversations with us and acted on it. Such an amazing thought and gesture to make the time and effort to get this.
- On our wedding day, flowers had not arrived from a vendor we choose. When CVR found out, they took matters into their own hands and sent someone to go out and purchase flowers for us (at no cost). They truly want the best day for you and will stop at nothing to make sure of it. We can’t wait to go back for our anniversary.

Our wedding at Carmel Valley Ranch was nearly perfect. Rachel, the catering manager, went above and beyond for us and our guests. Our wedding was just about 100 people, and we got married on the Valley Lawn and had our reception in the Clubhouse. Carmel Valley Ranch has such a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. They have an amazing menu with seasonal food and delicious drinks. Most of our guests stayed on property which added to the closeness of the weekend. Everyone was so helpful and supportive, Rachel even helped me book a few things for our California Coast honeymoon! There are so many little details that I could go on and on about, but overall the experience of getting married there and working with Rachel made our wedding more than we could have hoped for.
