LONG DISTANCE: We can easily accommodate long-distance orders thanks to modern technology. A phone consultation is just as effective as a studio visit.
TIMING: Our design process takes 3-4 weeks and printing, assembly, and shipping takes 4 weeks-3 months. We can do rush orders for an extra fee. Allow extra time for shipping if applicable.
INK: We can easily match any color you want! Send us a swatch and we will find a corresponding PMS color that replicates it.
PAYMENT: We ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit before we begin design process. Final payment is required upon delivery of your project files to press.
PROOFING: Please proofread carefully. The approved final round is exactly what is sent for formal printing. It is up to you to make sure all information is exactly as you want it! You will have three rounds of changes including the final approval to the design. Any additional rounds will be charged on your final invoice for $75 a round.
HOW SOON CAN WE START ON THE DESIGN: The design process begins once the final price quote has been agreed, contract signed, and 50% of the total project fees have been received.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER: It is never to early to get started. The timetable will be discussed in the initial consultation, but it usually takes from 1-6 months depending on our workload and the complexity of your project. Rush Jobs can be done for an additional fee.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PRICING ESTIMATE? Because each project is custom to each client contact us for detailed pricing estimate. Estimates may take from 1-4 business day to process.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT: Check and Cash
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit will become the cancellation fee.
PRINTING TECHNIQUES:
Letterpress is the printing technique that was invented in the 15th century where a plate is impressed into the paper to create a distinct and artistic impression.
Offset – Flat ink printing technique where a plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfer it to the paper.
Thermography- this printing technique is referred to ink that is raised on the paper due to a heat transfer.
HOW LONG DOES THE PRINTING PROCESS TAKE: Depending on the complexity of the project it may take 3-6 weeks.
Privacy: Your personal information will never be rented or sold to a third party under any condition. Samples of your invitation or design piece may be displayed in our studio or shown on this website but never before your event.
QUANTITIES: We advise you to order 25 more than what you know you will need. Order quantities cannot be reduced once production begins.
