Grooms Cakes

We specialize in rumcakes for the Groom. Traditional Caribbean wedding cake is first decorated with marzipan which creates a smooth surface for the final addition of royal icing. This traditional cake comes as one tier and can be of any size based on the total number of guests at your wedding.
Grooms Cakes are simply decorated but offer a rich, full-bodied flavor and a memorable taste experience.

Wedding Favors

We offer rum cakes as wedding favors. These miniature cakes weigh 3ozs. and will arrive sealed and packaged in a silver tin. The most unique wedding favor, our cakes are offered in three flavors: Black, Brown and Original rum. Additional flavors may be available upon request. Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
