We can be laid back or high energy depending on clients requirements.
What is your usual attire?
DJ usual attire for Weddings is Black Suit, but we can be dressed for any themed events.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
We will try to locate any song you request and will play any music you wish to provide.
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have 4 DJs.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
No minimum time, but of course minimum price.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
The Bride and Groom may meet with the DJ before booking or before the event for planning sessions.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We can DJ any ethnic and/or international events you may have. You might have to provide some of the music for real unusual ones.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We are professional DJs and provide and bring all our own equipment and music.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We can also provide Disco lights and fog & bubble machines.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Normal set up is 30 min... but we allow 60 min in case of problems with the venue. We usually use a venue table to match the decor of the event, but can provide our own table if required.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
Four feet by four feet minimum... with room for speakers.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We run the event the way you want it. Most people request MC announcements for special dances, with no or minimum talking between open dancing songs
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
DJ meals are at the clients option. Most weddings provide a DJ meal.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
There is no break in the music.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Replacement DJs are available for emergencies. That is one reason we have 4 DJs.
What is your overtime rate?
Overtime rates vary with event requirements but runs between $100 and $195 per hr.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
No travel charges or set up charges.
