Yes the tastings are free for the bride and groom. We usually have about 6 flavors.
What are your tasting hours?
By Appointment only. We do not do tastings on Fridays or Saturdays.

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
Yes. On your tasting we also sketch out a cake design just for your wedding day.

I use the finest ingredients available including kosher gourmet fondant
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
Baked on Wednesday, they rest on Thursday and are decorated on Friday.
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
We do about 4 a weekend, Though I am the main decorator we have 3 experienced delivery drivers.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes
