Why Cachet?
Cachet is run by wedding pros who work for you, not your site. Maybe your church or event site provides an event manager. Maybe your DJ says he will serve as your wedding coordinator. Then why do you need to hire Cachet? Site or vendor-provided wedding coordinators work with venues best interests in mind, not yours. They unlock the doors, turn on the lights, and do the bare minimum. But we will work for you. We know your bridesmaids’ names, we know your family’s quirks, and most importantly, we’re on your side.
Cachet packages include two professional wedding coordinators. We work with only one bride per weekend, so you will have our undivided attention. All packages include two coordinators, dividing the responsibilities to make sure everything is covered at both your ceremony and reception sites. This is invaluable when your ceremony and reception are at different locations! We will be present at your event from beginning to end.

Do you accept kickbacks from any vendors you refer? Do you mark up or keep a percentage of the vendor fees?
No, we do not accept any commissions or kickbacks, nor do we mark up vendor fees. We feel this is unethical, and we’d rather pass any savings on to you!
What do you charge for your services?
Since every event is different, a package will be custom designed for you. We begin with a complimentary, no-obligation consultation that takes place in the comfort of your own home or a mutually convenient location. We offer convenient evening and weekend appointments.
During this initial meeting, we will discuss the type of event you envision and determine your unique planning needs. We will introduce our packages, and answer any questions you might have regarding our services. After the initial meeting, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate for the coordination and/or consulting services for your event.
Do you charge travel fees?
For weddings and events outside of the Denver metro area, we will charge a small travel fee. This covers our lodging for two nights (standard for wedding weekends) and mileage. The amount will vary based on the event location.
How long have you been in business?
We have been working on events together for more than 20 years on an informal basis. In 2004 we chose to officially incorporate our business. We are a legal, tax-paying limited liability corporation.
