Bryan George is one of the top wedding DJs in Washington, DC. He orchestrates incredible dance sets and provides elegant music for dinner and cocktails.

Your DJ will always arrive wearing a classic, dark suit with a tasteful, non-flashy neck tie. If requested, we are happy to wear a tuxedo for black tie events.

Bryan George Music Services boasts an extensive music library of over 100,000 songs. Before your wedding, all pre-requested songs are run through our system. If by chance we don't have one of your pre-requested songs, we obtain it at no additional cost to you.

Bryan George Music Services is owned and operated by Bryan George. Bryan has four associates that maintain the same standard of excellence in wedding music services.

We don't have a minimum duration period for weddings. Whether you need our services for the ceremony and reception, or just need music for a two-hour reception, we can cater to all your needs.

Absolutely. The usual suspects are typically on this list: The Chicken Dance, Mambo No. 5, The Cha Cha Slide, YMCA. Our style is never to play these songs unless you specifically ask us to, but you're more than welcome to provide us with a list of music you want to be sure isn't played at your reception.

Bryan George Music Services only uses state of the art, name brand sound equipment (Bose, JBL). We take great pride in not only have equipment that sounds great, but also provides a tight, clean look.

The typical wedding Bryan George Music Services caters to does not include anything of this nature. If you would like special equipment to be used at your wedding reception, you would have to specifically request it.

Setup times will vary depending on a number of variables. Typically, your DJ will arrive between 1 and 1 and 1/2 hours before the start time. We do require that the site and/or couple provide a table for our setup.

No, the only time your DJ will be on the microphone is to make announcements and introductions.

While a meal for the DJ is appreciated, it is certainly not required. Your DJ is always prepared to perform without having eaten at the event.

If your DJ needs to leave his station for any reason, music will continuously play until he has returned. Breaks in music will only occur upon the bride and groom's request.

Bryan George Music Services caters to weddings in DC, MD, and VA. We do not charge for travel expenses.

Bryan George Music Services boasts a music library of over 100,000 songs. We play popular music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and today. From Motown, Oldies, Classic Rock, and Country to Pop, Top 40 and Hip-Hop, we play a little bit for everybody, and we are always paying attention to the crowd. We’re very flexible and will always let the client ultimately decide what is played.

Do you have a written guarantee?

Bryan George Music Services backs up its promises in writing. Not only do we guarantee that a professional, well dressed, DJ will show up on time, but we guarantee that we fulfill every aspect of your contract with the highest of quality. If not, we’ll give you your money back.  But we understand you don’t want your money back.  You want the best entertainment possible at your wedding, with no hiccups along the way.  We take this responsibility seriously.

Do you have liability insurance?

While we have never had a situation where any of our equipment has damaged property or caused any injury, Bryan George Music Services has liability insurance that will protect our clients during all of our events.

Be skeptical of companies that tell you they don’t have or don’t give out references of past clients.  We urge you to check our references.

Be sure to ask your DJ what he does while he’s waiting to switch from one song to another.  When we provides services for your wedding, we pay attention to people speaking to each other during dinner.  If we notice guests are leaning in to speak to one another, we know to adjust the volume.
