Yes, I we can do everything from spot coloring and toning to replicating older film looks.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I can shoot in any type of lighting. I have several lighting kits and lenses that allow me to be very creative and light almost any situation. Add to that my Nikon D700 with it's incredible low light performance and there isn't much I can't do.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot all digital. For me it's a much better medium for weddings. I can shoot more and it cost the bride nothing extra.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
I have a pool of other professional photographers and videographer that I can pull from for different events, weddings or projects.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, I when you book a wedding with Brodiefoto you are getting more than just beautiful images, you are getting a personal relationship with me. I'll do everything I can to make sure your wedding is a fabulous and it can be.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, Never. I believe in doing everything at 150%. I make sure that the day of your wedding is completely devoted to you.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, the pool of professionals I work with could cover for me if something major was to happen.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I typically bring 2 camera bodies. A D700 and a D200. I also being 2 light kits, tripods, flashes and about 6 professional Nikon lenses.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes. While one advantage of having two bodies is that I can have 2 different lenses ready to go, it also offers backup in case something should happen to one camera.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I typically charge by the day, again, because I give 150% your wedding day is all about you.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
My lowest wedding package is based on a set number of hours. Additonal hours are $100. per hour.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Do you charge for travel?
I do not charge for travel to many locations, however, if I am required to stay the night in a location, I do charge for a motel room.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Online proofing is usually ready by the time you get back from your honeymoon.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are offered in an online gallery/shopping cart through Pictage.com
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The online gallery of images is usually up for 3 months, but can be extended at no charge upon request.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, I retain the copyright, but with the purchase of a CD, you gain the rights to print, reproduce and use the images non-commercially.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. This is typically for use as portfolio publication, however, I will always get permission from the bride/groom if something is going to be published commercially.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Most packages include a copy of your images on CD. Those that don't can purchase a copy seperately.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, an online gallery for viewing and ordering prints is done through pictage.com
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer Willowbook and Graphistudio albums.
 
When will the client get the final album?
The Wedding album typically arrives 1 month after the order is placed.
