BRIE cater is a family owned small business that started in 2005. Brian and Mollie purchased Ollie’s Kitchen from the Werners and help them to retirement. Our company has come a long way in the last 9 years. We have made many changes including our name twice. It shows creativity to re-invent an already successful company. The wedding market is forever changing from year to year and you must be able to adapt to keep up with clients needs and vision.
Owner Brian Rubenzer and our chefs compete in competition which helps us to evolve our menu. BRIE cater has designed menus that have been proven to be successful from catering over 600 weddings.
