Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
No. You never NEED an appointment to come look around and even try on. If you want to come in on a Saturday, and bring your bridal party to all try on dresses, then it is suggested, but you never have to. Of course when you do make an appointment, you will be top priority! And we don't do just 1 hour appointments, we do 2 hour appointments to take off some of that added stress of having to hurry up... and you can always stay as long as you like!
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We carry Jasmine Bridal, Private Label by G, Jordan Bridals, Ella Rosa and we will be getting in soon Eden Bridals!
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
You can always take a dress off the rack today if it is exactly what you are looking for and you don't have a lot of time, but most brides just order a new gown. When you order, you are looking at about 14-16 weeks while they make your dress for you. That is including any customizing that you requested. You also have the option to rush your gown in at about 8 weeks for only $40 extra!
How often do you receive new dresses?
We get new gowns in about every 4 months and when we do, we have big sales on our older gowns to make room for the new!
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No. We do not have a seamstress onsite, but we do have one only about 5 minutes away from us. The reason we don't have her onsite is because you will spend a lot more money at an "onsite" alterations store because you are paying for the seamstress doing her work and you are paying the store for keeping her onsite. So that is why we have Karen work out of her house. She is local, affordable and does amazing work!
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We have everything! Bridemaids, mothers, flowergirl and special occasion dresses. Accessories like your veils an tiaras, some jewelry, shoes and handbags. We also do tuxedo rentals.
