We chose Bredenbeck's bakery because they work with our caterer and what a stroke of good luck it was! We drove almost an hour in a snowstorm to meet with someone for a tasting. We considered turning around, but when we called to cancel they assured us they would still be there waiting even if we were late. Right away, I felt comfortable with their kindness and professionalism. But when we walked in (late) I knew without even trying the cakes that we had found our baker. The cakes were delicious even though I generally am not a cake eater; we left with a few boxes of other goodies from the bakery. We chose to serve cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake, which were a big hit with our guests. The pound cake, the raspberry and the chocolate were our three choices, which were very hard to narrow down. We got many compliments on the design and uniqueness of our "cake", and our family and friends fought over the leftovers! All in all, the people were a joy to work with, set-up and delivery went off without a hitch and the cake was delicious and adorable. I couldn't have asked for more!
