Frequently Asked Questions for Flowers & Decor
Do you offer full-services, such as wedding day setup, for an additional fee?
Set-up is included in the price of your wedding design. Additional fees may include delivery depending on your wedding location.
 
Di you have not worked at the ceremony or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
We prefer to visit your ceremony and reception locations. Even if we have done weddings at that location, you may use the space differently than previous brides. If so, visiting the location with you will help us with your vision.
 
Do you offer flower preservation services?
We do not, but we can recommend local services.

Additional Questions and Answers
Do you book more than one wedding/event per weekend?
Weddings are booked on a first come, first serve basis.  Paying your deposit will confirm your date.  We typically will book no more than two weddings per weekend.  However, it is determined by the amount of design work to be done for each wedding.  If you are booking a large wedding, we will not book additional events. 

Are your delivery vans smoke free?  
YES,  We have a very strict non-smoking policy around our flowers.  Currently we have a non-smoking staff. However, in the even that we have an employee who smokes, our building and our vans are smoke free environments.

Do you dress professionally for event deliveries? 
Our staff wears khaki pants and a navy blue Bradley Florist polo for event deliveries. Wearing a uniform allows the wedding party and other vendors to easily identify us and is in keeping with the formal standard of your event. 

Tips and Advice

What to Bring and What to Expect at a Custom Design Appointment

When you come to your first Custom Design Appointment expect to spend about an hour. You should bring...

- PICTURES!!!  Show us what you like AND don’t like

- Fabric Swatches of any colors that need to be matched

- Numbers!  We need to know everyone who will be getting flowers and what you need at each venue in order to give you an accurate estimate.

We’ll discuss your ideas and options and determine what will work for your flower budget.  Changes can be made up to two weeks before the wedding date. So don’t panic!  You don’t have to make all of your decisions the first day.  You may meet with us as many times as you need at no charge.  
In fact we require that you meet with us at the two week deadline to make sure that you are completely happy with your choices. 

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT!!!!!

    It’s OK.  We’ll help you figure out what you want.  We have design books for you to look through and we have plenty of experience in the "I just don’t know" area.  There are plenty of places to start - colors that you love, specific flowers that you do or don’t know the name of - We’ll figure it all out.  And remember, it doesn’t all have to be done in one day!  Have Fun and enjoy the planning process. 

We should have your estimate to you 5 to 7 days after your appointment, if not sooner.  Should you decide to book your wedding with us, a deposit will need to be made to secure your date. We do book several months in advance, so we do suggest that you secure your date as early as possible.  We will open an account for you that will allow you to pay as much or as little as you want during your planning process.  We’ll discuss our payment policy upon booking.
