In Bodamaestra our mission is to provide you and your family complete peace of mind on your wedding day. Our job is to take care of all the logistics of the event. Yours is to sit back, relax and enjoy your day!

Four weeks before your wedding, you can hand me over everything that you have planned; I will introduce myself to your vendors and verify their contracts. I’ll make sure every detail is a handled as you expect. 

Wedding Day Package also includes the following: 

-Visit to ceremony and reception location prior to the wedding date.
-Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal (up to 1 hour). 
-Wedding Day Emergency Kit. 
-Creation of Wedding Day Schedule.
-On-site Coordination for up to 6 hours.

We can provide you the support and experience you need, as we have handle a number of weddings in Mexico since 2004 and we have just started operations in Northern Virginia. 

Also, if your family or future in-law family is from Hispanic background and need some expert in Latin traditions I can help you too. I have worked in bilingual weddings and its just a great touch (and very useful!) to have a Spanish speaker coordinator.
