 Package Deals & Services

 

 

Premium Package - This service is designed for the bride and groom who are busy with demanding careers, heavy schedules, or are just unable to handle local wedding planning services. The features of this package include:

 

 

 Pre-wedding Day

·         Accompany Bride to interview and select wedding vendors

·         Prepare budget worksheet

·         Assist with the selection of the wedding and reception sites

·         Set up appointments to meet with wedding vendors

·         Assist in negotiating contracts and review contracts to assure accuracy

·     Meet with Bride and Groom as needed

·         Available by phone and email

·         Accompany Bride to trial makeover by make-up artist

·         Assist bride with her gown at the wedding portrait session

·         Assist with decorations for ceremony and/or reception, favors for guests, etc.

·         Communicate regularly to insure all arrangements previously been agreed upon are on track

·         Invitation consultation

·         Manage arrangements and negotiate prices for accommodations for out-of-town guests

·         Arrange all transportation, including transportation for out-of-town guests during their stay, transportation for the bridal party and parents of Bride and Groom for the wedding day

·         Maintain payment schedule for vendors and provide reminders when payments are due

·         Mail post-dated checks to vendors with cover letter on due dates, includes postage

·         Direct the rehearsals

·        provide list of sites, caterers, and will be available by phone and e-mail for questions

·          Fax confirmation to all vendors one week prior to wedding event.

 

Wedding Day

·         Day of wedding, arrive at wedding site 2-3 hours prior to wedding

·         Check wedding site to assure final details are taken care of

·         Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants

·         Assist Bride, Groom and the wedding party as needed in getting ready for the ceremony

·         Direct wedding ceremony

·         Supervise vendors at wedding and reception

·         Prompt band/DJ of Bride and Groom’s arrival, cake cutting, special toast, bouquet and garter toss

·         Distribute “day of” payments and tips to all vendors

·         Oversee reception clean-up

·         At the end of the reception, ensure the gifts, cake, bridal attire, portrait, bridal book and pen, cake cutting tools and Champagne flutes and any other items are being transported to the assigned location by the assigned family member or friend*

Post-wedding

·         Return rental items- certain items may be restricted

·         Return tuxedos - tuxedos will be picked up at a single location the day following the wedding

Standard Package- This package is designed for the bride and groom who have the time to plan their wedding, but need the expert guidance required to avoid costly mistakes. Listed are the features of this package:

Basic Package- This package is designed for the bride and groom who have planned their entire wedding, but want the services of a professional wedding coordinator to finalize last minute details and to ensure a smooth running wedding day.  

 

 

 

Pre-wedding

        ·          Meetings to discuss wedding details

·         Receive a copy of all contracts in order to insure all vendors are providing product and/or service which is outlined in the contract

·          Fax confirmation to all vendors one week prior to wedding.

 

·         Attend and direct rehearsal

·         Day of wedding, check wedding site to assure final details are taken care of, assist with dressing, distribute flowers to wedding party, etc.

·         Direct the wedding ceremony

·         Supervise vendors at wedding and reception

·         Distribute “day of” payments and tips to all vendors

·         At the end of the reception, ensure the gifts, cake, bridal attire, portrait, bridal book and pen, cake cutting tools and Champagne flutes and any other items are being transported to the assigned location by the assigned family member or friend*

Hourly Service- This package is for the bride and groom that are comfortable with the planning and design of the wedding, but desires to have professional consultation. The rate for this service is $25.00 an hour with a 2 hour minimum required.

 

We are available for providing advice on vendor recommendations, attending appointments, itinerary preparation, showers, rehearsals and more.
