Interactive and Very Responsive to Client's wishes and needs.....not cheesy! Perfect Introductions..Flawless announcements....great music mix
What is your usual attire?
Weddings would be almost always a TUX or very nice suite
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
WE will try very hard to get any songs requested. If that is impossible we will play any songs they ask us to if they can provide them on CD or MP3
How many other DJs do you work with?
15 in my group at Party Time Productions
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
2-3 hours is minimum time we usually book. We will make exceptions.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
We always meet before booking the DJ and then to go over final details and music selections.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
Jewish, Italian, Greek, Texan, we do any type of music you want or need.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We bring everything from Premium Surround Sound to Specialty Lighting, Perimeter Uplighting, Spotlights, and Initial Gobos
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We have many specialty lighting FX, Follow Spot for 1st Dance, Disco Ball, Uplights, Name/Initial Gobo Lights, Club Lighting and more
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
An Hour is about as much time as we need to set-up most events. Special lighting might take a little longer
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We need a 6' or 8' Banquet style table to setup on. It looks nice if it is covered and skirted.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
WE do act as Master of Ceremony unless you don't want that. You tell us the style you want.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Not Usually. It is nice to have it offerred along with beverages but we don't stop and sit down and eat while we are on the clock for our clients.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
No problem if needed
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We always have a backup on call
What is your overtime rate?
WE pro-rate by the hour. If a party is booked at $1,000 for 4 hours, then $250 for an extra hour
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
More than 60 miles outside of Dallas-Ft Worth .50 mile and possible hotel if too far to return from event.
