We are a family owned and operated chair cover rental service that provides delivery, set up, and removal for one low price.
Our business began while planning a family wedding. We were quickly frustrated with the chair cover rental options available to us. Finding a local business that offered quality rentals at affordable prices was difficult. We finally decided to become our own answer for this dilemma and before we knew it, we were in business.

Best Seat in The House did a fabulous job for a bridal client of ours. The chair covers were great material, fit very well and were clean. We've been suprised how many covers show up dirty! The Sashes for the chair covers were very nice and expertly tied. The whole crew that set them up and picked them up at the end of the night was extremely nice and professional. They also have a great selection of colors for both the covers and the sashes. Best value in chair covering.

How do I reserve my date? We require a signed contract and $100.00 deposit to reserve your date.
When do I need to give you my final chair count? We don't need final chair count until 7 days prior to your event
When do I make the final payment? The final payment is due 7 days prior to your event.
Do you set up and remove the chair covers? Yes, the rental of the chair cover includes set-up and removal.
Tips and Advice
We always advise people to rent from local vendors. It is tempting to do mail order, but then you have to deal with putting them on yourself. Also, many times mail order covers show up wrinkled because they are folded in a box. Our covers are never wrinkled and are never folded. We suggest that you pay the little extra expense to allow a professional take care of all the details. It is easy to tell the difference between a professionally tied sash , and one tied by someone’s bridal party. We highly suggest that you look at the products before you rent them. Request a swatch of your sash color to make sure that your colors are matching as closely as possible. Lastly, make sure that you select a vendor that is friendly and more than willing to help you. If a company isn’t giving you great customer service before your event then you can only imagine what it will be like after they have your money. We gaurantee great customer service and pricing.
