Purchased your tiara, headpiece and jewelry. Purchase a white tube top to wear for your pre-wedding hair & makeup preview and wedding day. (Tube tops make hair & makeup application so much easier) Break in your wedding shoes (no pain, no gain doesn’t apply to your wedding). Start wearing them around the house a half hour or so every three days. Book your Bridal Spa Day and indulge yourself and your bridal party with massages, pedicures and hair treatments. Start going to a weekly yoga classes. (Even a 30 min. beginner’s class will do wonders for you!) Start a weekly at-home-skin care regime. Cleanse, gently exfoliate, mask, and moisturize your skin. (Remember: flawless makeup starts with flawless skin) Remind your sweetheart how much you love him!
The Pre-Wedding Hair & Makeup Preview
Make sure you can devote a minimum of 2 hours for your preview Call your photographer and find out what time you must be ready by for the wedding day. Your hair stylist and makeup artist need to coordinate their timing Wear your white tube top Take your tiara, veil and jewelry Take in a photograph of your dress. (preferably a photo of you wearing your wedding dress) Take in pictures of your favorite hairs styles and makeup Be relaxed, calm and willing to express your likes and dislikes. Have your final hair color done and do a moisturizing hair treatment to enhance your gorgeous new locks

(Sun screen is a must, any where you go!) Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated Eat healthy. The Night before Your Big Day
Get your nails looking pretty with a manicure and pedicure Get pampered now! Receive your final facial and massage. Do not skip out on this! You will thank us later. Avoid salty foods Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated Avoid low-energy thoughts and relax Organize your veil, tiara, jewelry and hair extension Organize your white tube top and comfortable shoes Wash your hair and condition only the ends Brush and air-dry your hair, but do not apply any styling products Set your alarm clock to the appropriate time you need to wake up Go to bed no later than 10 pm If you have trouble sleeping, drink chamomile tea Allow yourself extra alone time to meditate in the morning
