Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We are Photoshop artists who use coloration, beautiful retouching and correction techniques to guarantee magazine-quality images. We remove under-eye circles, correct uneven skin and eliminate extraneous objects from the photo.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We prefer to work with soft lighting which is the most flattering to the bride. With a soft light, there are no harsh shadows near the nose or under the eye.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot all digital so se can review the photos on the spot and reshoot if necessary.
How many photographers do you work with?
Usually we work a one- or two-camera shoot, but we can add as many photographers as are needed depending on the size of the event.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
A complete photo equipment package.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Digital files which is all they need to make reproductions.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Full photo. Each page may contain multiple images which are laid out in an artistic style. Each full page is then converted into a photo.
When will the client get the final album?
As soon as we can get agreement on the page designs.
