Bayside Inn Key Largo has 56 very well appointed room accomodations.  We have a jetty that extends into the tranquil waters of the Florida Bay making the perfect spot for your fantasy wedding or reception as it incorporates itself into the beach area.   Many people love to have their weddings at sunset as the golden Key Largo sun is going down over the water making for the perfect wedding.

Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture? We are known for weddings on the jetty with amazing sunsets! We have beautiful handcarved palm furnture in each room to get that Florida Keys feel.

How many people does the space *comfortably* accommodate? We can easily accomodate 150 people on the jetty and beach.

Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant? No

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? We have all items for any type of ceremony you wish to have. simply contact us about your wishes.

Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? We can provide rentals of tables, linens, flatware, glassware, tents, and any other types of things you may need to make your wedding or event successful.

Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? Brides are able to use any vendors they wish on our site, however, the vendors must supply us with a copy of license and insurance prior to being on the property for the event. This is for everyone's safety.

Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? The bride can bring their own musicians, there is no extra fee for this, they must provide proof of insurance.

Do you have cooking facilities? No cooking facilities

Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? We do provide catering if the bride wishes or she can pick a caterer she prefers if they are licensed and insured

Do you have a liquor license? While we do not have a liquor license we can hire a bartender to serve liquor on the property.

Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired? Yes.

What restrictions are there (if any) on decorations? None

What restrictions are there (if any) on music? All music must stop by 9 pm week days and 10 pm on weekends which is City ordinance

If your site is in a public location, is the couple required to get any permits? Couples are not required to get permits at this time.

Do you have liability insurance? We dohave liability insurance however we do require the bride to get liability insurance as well.

Does your venue often accommodate more than one wedding at a time? Not often do we accommodate more than one wedding at a time, sometimes we do.

Do you offer security, if requested? We can offer security for additional cost.

What is your dress code? From casueal to formal

Can you provide a coat check? Sorry, no coat check.

Describe your bathroom facilities: We have only 2 bathrooms near the beach.

Describe your parking facilities: We have off street parking

Do you offer valet parking? No
