We can provide tables, flatware, glassware, tents if needed, the dance floor, linens, chairs, projection screen...
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
It depends what is involved with the event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, but we have recommended vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have two facilities and both are included in our rental fee. The Mansion is used for dressing rooms, as well as cocktail receptions. The Ballroom is used for indoor ceremonies and the receptions.

Yes.

A ton, it's never been a problem.

Only soy candles are allowed inside the Ballroom.

Describe your bathroom facilities:
We have a restroom in the Mansion, by the dressing rooms, for the bridal parties. We have 2 restrooms for women and 2 restrooms for men by the cocktail area. And we have 2 restrooms for women and 2 restrooms for men in the Ballroom. All are beautiful and well maintained throughout the night.
Describe your parking facilities:
We can park up to 400. The parking is all close in, so valet is really not necessary. But valet can be done if requested.
