About Maryrose |  Maryrose has had the incredible benefit of traveling around the world from an early age.  Born in the Philippines, and raised in a military family, she was able to travel to different places and experience the diversity of numerous cultures and people.  These lifelong experiences have opened her mind to the beauty of the world and the uniqueness of the individual.

She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Management.  This launched her career as an Account Executive in the Napa Valley.  Working at trade shows on a national level enhanced her professionalism, network connections and interpersonal skills.

It was in 2003 when Maryrose discovered her passion for wedding and events.  Her cumulative experiences and education provided her with the foundation she needed to launch Bamboo Leaf Design and Events.  Now, as she pursues her certification as a wedding planner, she hopes to bring her business savvy, her love for romance, and her meticulous attention to detail to her clients. 

Bamboo Leaf Design and Events strives to bring reality to the dream by getting to know our clients, understanding and knowing their love and passion, and translating it into their wedding or special event.  Each Bamboo Leaf event is a unique representation of a very unique couple.
