Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Appointments are recommended but are not required. Walk-ins are always welcome at Ashley's Bridal.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
The turn around time can be as short as 3 months up to a year. That will depend on different manufacturers and how much alterations that will need to be done with your dress.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Our selection is changing every several weeks. We have 2 stores that we share our inventory with and we also sell our gowns right off the rack so we are always trying to refresh our dresses.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Our goal at Ashley's is to be sure that the bride is completely satisfied with every gown before she leaves our store.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes we do have a seamstress onsite. But an appointment is necessary.
