Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

We offer black & white, sepia, soft focus, border, and a few others. Just ask us.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We have experience with candlelight to extreme sunlight.

Is your media preference film or digital?

We work only with digital files and high resolution images.

How many photographers do you work with?

There are 2 of us.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Unless we are incapacitated (in the hospital) one of us will always be at the event, if not both of us.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We never book any other photoshoots or events on the day of a wedding, this way we are available to the bride and groom all day.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We bring cameras, lens, lights, flashes, compact flash cards, extension cords, and batteries. We also make sure we have back ups for our equipment.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We will cover up to 12 hours of the wedding day, which usually covers getting ready till a little after bouquet and garter toss.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We appreciate if a meal is provided, and try to eat while everyone else is so that we don't miss anything.

Do you charge for travel?

Because we serve all of Arizona, we charge for gas or if needed a hotel.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

The editing will be done approximately 12-16 weeks after the event, but albums can take up to 1-2 weeks after approval. We always try to get your photos to you as soon as possible.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

All of our packages come with high resolution images on DVD, and this is what we use for picking out prints as well.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

Forever and ever.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

We provide a print release to the couple with all our packages.

Will images be available for viewing online?

All couples get a full online gallery with all their wedding photos that they can share with family and friends, they can also order from the gallery as well.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer a hard cover magazine style album, in multiply sizes, which we can provide examples of.
