Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We suggest scheduling an appointment so that we may give you our undivided attention. At the consultation we will present our collection and you will try on styles that interest you. If you do decide to order a dress with us, we will custom make that style to your measurements.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We request a minimum of five months for our couture process, but always try our best to accommodate rush orders. For brides with a short time line, we do have sample gowns that are sold off the rack.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Amy Kuschel designs one new collection each year.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
The custom nature of our business does not allow us to accept returns.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
All of our gowns are made in-house (upstairs form our salon) by a team of skilled couture sewers and pattern makers.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We have a beautiful collection of jewelry and veils to help our brides achieve their complete look.
