Aimee is a certified chef and top graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute in Denver, Colorado. She also received formal training in the art of chocolate and pastry making from the top chocolatiers in France at the Lenotre’ Institute just outside Paris, France. From her education and passion with pastries, cakes, and desserts she founded Amaru Confections in 2000 as a specialty cake and dessert company. Since the beginning Aimee and her staff have been creating one-of-a-kind confections for weddings, private parties, birthdays, corporate events and most special occasions.
