We change color to black and white and sepia. Other special effects are putting the couple in a glass or ring and splash of color. Digital photography and Photoshop are our tools.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Yes.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Our media is professional digital equipment.
How many photographers do you work with?
In most situations, we have two photographers for every wedding at NO additional charge to our clients.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We absolutely guarantee our presence. Every wedding event includes a contract signed by our clients and us guaranteeing our services for their wedding day.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We book one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
It is our policy to never miss a wedding. Should an unforseen incident happen, we make every effort to provide you with a backup photographer who is a professional wedding photographer.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring additional camera bodies, lenses, lights, cards and plenty of batteries so we are prepared for any situation.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We have several packages with different hours in each. If needed, we can add on additional time based on our hourly rate.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We take a short meal break when the couple is eating their meal. That way when the couple is done and greeting their guests, we have cameras up and ready for action.
Do you charge for travel?
We charge for travel for any area outside of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The travel charge is assessed on a case by case basis.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
The proofs are ready for viewing in approximately two to three weeks after the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are available online free for 90 days.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We do retain the copyright of the images, but provide a Copyright License to our couples granting them the right to reproduce the images for their personal use.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We do reserve the right to publish the photos for our company only.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
With each of our packages, our clients receive a CD of images with reproduction rights.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer Flushmount or Coffee Table Books and traditional Mat Albums.
