History
Built in 1968, the venue served as the headquarters of the Orlando Utilities Commission for 40 years. It was transformed into a chic hotel in 2013, a project that managed to preserve unique architectural details such as teak paneling and marble walls. Environmentally-friendly construction materials were also used in the renovation.
