About
All Occasions Planning is a full service event planning, coordinating, and decoration company. We provide services for all types of events. All Occasions Planning was founded in 2003 by its head event coordinator Ashleigh Lofton. Ashleigh began planning events as a teenager for her friends, family, and church. Because she had such a love for making other people happy she decided to pursue a business in event planning. Over the years she has planned several events and has had the opportunity to meet new people and learn about different ethnic backgrounds. She and her staff would love to work for you. No event is too large or too small.

How many planners do you work with?
Currently All Occasions Planning has a total of three coordinators. One is located in Virginia and will work throughout the state as well as Maryland, DC, and North Carolina. Another is available and will only work in North Carolina, and the other works solely in Maryland.
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
Any type of style. I have planned several different styles so whatever your looking for I'm more than willing to plan.
Do you support or cater to any specific cultures?
YES! I am willing to plan all types of culturally events and weddings. Just let me know what you want and I will work with you.
Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
YES! I have planned weddings for various religions.
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
I have coordinated weddings as large as 500+ and as small as 50.

Q: What type of events do you plan?
A: Any and every event you can think of.

Q: Are you affordable?
A: Yes, we are. We offer packages to save our clients money; however we can do custom pricing if a package isn’t what you want. Our goal is to make our clients happy.

Q: I noticed that you have a Preferred Vendors page. Are those the only vendors you work with?
A: No. We will work with any vendor that you select. You do not have to use our vendors. Our Preffered Vendors program is there to help our clients if they are having a difficult decision selecting the proper vendor.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We will accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Cash, and PayPal. Keep in mind that Cash is only accepted in person. There will be a fee for all returned checks.

Q: How do you work out your payment schedule?
A: We give our clients the opportunity to choose the way they would like to pay for our services. We offer UP FRONT – PAID IN FULL, MONTHLY, SEMI-QUARTERLY. We do require a deposit for all services.

Q: Will my event planner be able to accompany me to meetings with vendors and any fittings I may need?
A: Yes. Your planner is there for you from beginning to end. Anything you need we will help with.

Q: Do you have your own decorations to use or do I need to provide them?
A: We offer them at an additional cost or you may provide the location where you would like to purchase them. We will deliver and set-up your decorations for no extra charge as long as you have purchased one of our packages. We will still deliver and set up your items without a package for an additional fee.
