All About You-Salon, LLC originally began as an 'in home' mobile hair service for elderly and shut-ins. Felicia first began her career as a cosmetologist in the early 1980's. She primarily worked in a small salon, named Hair Obsessions, in Dundalk, Maryland.

She spent many years learning her craft as well as how to manage and operate a full service salon. She has many wonderful and exciting memories which she loves to share about her days there.

Felicia's dream of starting her own salon business was realized when she saw that there was a real need for people to tend to the elderly and shut-ins. She left a career as a warranty administrator for a Baltimore based business,and went out on her own with a little more than a couple of cases filled with various tools required to tend to these people.

Her initial following was about twenty people mostly from the Dundalk and Essex communities. This number soon grew to over one hundred and began to expand to include the several additional areas.

As her business began to expand, the need to become an 'actual' business became evident and All About You-Salon, LLC was formed.

As the number of clients continued to grow, the need to have a fixed base of operation became more clear. The search was on for just the place. After many hours of searching and several heartbreaks, she was lead to a small building located in the center of Westminster, Maryland. The location seamed ideal, with the old time feel of an 1800's building and the slower, historic feel for historic Westminster. The deal with the owners was signed and All About You-Salon had a new home.

With the new shop, came the addition of several new workers. Each of these people bring a certain individual characteristic to the business. These combined skills, tallents and personalities will make All About You-Salon a very special place.
