Q: What do you do?

A: We are Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Planners. Our service and Planing Tools allow us to establish your vision as to what the Perfect Wedding or Honeymoon would be like, then make that vision come true.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: Our services are complementary to those who book their Resort Wedding Group or Honeymoon with us. We do not add any service fees or charges to our packages.

Q: How do I know we will be going to a romantic location and resort? I have heard "Honeymoon Horror Stories" from friends and we want to be sure we have a romantic and memorable Honeymoon.

A: Before we recommend an area or resort, we have to first experience it. Our Franchise Owners spend alot of resources and time to check out resorts so you can travel there with confidence. Through site inspections and on going training, we are up to date with our Preferred Resorts. They must meet our high standards of service and quality so we know they exceed yours. We are Romance Specialists so we use our Preferred Resorts cater to your "Romantic Vision".

Q: What are your credentials?

A:  In order to do the best job for my couples, I hold a Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Specialist Designation. I am a registered Cancun and Area Specialist which includes the areas of Cancun and Riviera Maya. I also hold Specialist Designations for the following resort companies; Karisma Hotel Group, Sandals Resorts, Couples Resorts, AM Resorts (Secrets, Dreams and Sunscape resorts), Real Resorts. As well I have my NCL and Celebrity Cruise Lines Specialist Certificates. These designations are the result of many hours of training and inspecting the properties and ships. I am also certified by the Disney College of Knowlege.

Q: Where have you traveled?

A: Over the past few years I have experienced Barbados, Jamaica, St. Thomas, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Cancun, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Florida, California, Montreal and Quebec cities, West Coast of Canada and the USA as well as cruising Alaska and  the Caribbean.

  •        Contact our preferred suppliers around the world to custom build your Honeymoon Package or Resort Wedding Package.
 
  •        Offer transportation options to and from the airports.
 
  •        Show Honeymoon and Wedding upgrades as well as tours that are available.
 
  •        Present you with 3 options to consider.
 
  •        Book your package including the flight, accommodations, transfers and any tours we discussed.
   
  •        Inform you of all the necessary documents you will need for your ceremony and how to obtain them.
 
  •        Compile all necessary travel tips, special events happenings, airport guides, maps, emergency contacts, customs regulations, and “must see” places for the region you are travelling to.
 
  •        Inform you of when final payments are due.
 
  •        Be sure you are aware of how your documents are going to be handled and check them for accuracy well before you depart.
 
  •        Contact the resort before you arrive to check on your reservation and to confirm any special requests have been handled.
 
  •        Contact the resort while you are there to see that you are delivered the services you were promised.
 
  •          Contact you when you get home to get your feedback on your vacation.
 
  •          Ask you for referrals if you felt we delivered a romantic and well planned Wedding or Honeymoon for you.
