Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. I only book one wedding a weekend to ensure that the client gets the highest quality photographs possible. Tired photographers don't make good pictures :O)
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, but that has never happened.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2 professional Canon camera bodies, 2 flashes, external battery source, 16-35mm lens, 70-200mm lens, 50mm lens, 18-55mm lens, 2 battery grips, extra batteries and my G9 camera as a backup.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, yes, yes!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Currently, the smallest package is for 8 hours of coverage but we are happy to do custom packages for more or less as needed.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes. Usually around $200/hr.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Within 30 days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online proofing and ordering via a password protected website.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
90 days or longer.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Always!
Will images be available for viewing online?

When will the client get the final album?
The albums usually take between 6-8 months after the favorite proofs are picked and are dependent on off-site printing schedules.
