I personally shoot every wedding with my finest coordinators.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutely! My brides insist upon me photographing their weddings.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I concentrate on only one wedding that day.....yours!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
The advantage of hiring a photographer that is a member of professional organizations, is that should I become ill, you'll have a reputable certified photographer at your wedding of my approval.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
A complete camera and lighting system.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Numerous cameras and lighting back-ups! No exceptions.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
All my presentations include full day coverage.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
I never charge my brides an overtime rate!
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No breaks other than a dinner.
Do you charge for travel?
Only if the wedding is beyond 50 miles.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2-3 days
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
A very unique hard bound, library stitched,keepsake proof album along with the images being posted online.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
You own the beautiful proof album!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
All professional photographers do. However, I've never prevented a bride from having her images.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
All professional photographers do.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I offer a unique way of my brides having her images. Each one of the brides images are hand corrected under PPA guidelines!
Will images be available for viewing online?
Absolutely and for 90 days! If the brides wants them online longer, its never a problem.
What kind of albums do you offer?
My albums are unique where the bride can design her own custom album! I never charge for this service!
When will the client get the final album?
That depends on how soon the bride makes her final decisions.
