The Estate has over 2 acres of beautiful gardens, including a 200+ year old Pine Tree, a 150+ year old House and a large new reception facility, with four separate possible ceremony sites. The interior is maintained at a very high level of elegant decor.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Pricing can be by the hour or, if you use one of our catering-inclusive packages, per person.
Do you offer any special services?
Packages can even include floral center pieces, chair covers and all linens.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
By arrangement
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Our preferred florist has a wealth of "extras" which clients can use.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes - we look after everything for you!
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes, and we do not charge ANY corkage fees.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We NEVER accommodate more than one event at a time.
