Yes we do, but set up is usually included in the cost.

If you have not worked at the ceremony and/or reception sites previously, would you be willing to visit the sites before the event?
It would be something that would be done, if it's a new location for us, even if it is a location previously worked at as all events are set up differently.

Do you offer bouquet/flower preservation services?
Currently no, but will refer you to someone in our fold.

We do floral, decorating, chair covers & sashes, linen overlays, candle lighting and more.

We’d let you know at the consult and or tell you when you booked, at the last moment couldn’t get them we’d work together
If you can’t get our chosen flowers at the auction, will you be able to find an alternative?
Yes, working with our back up plan
Do you design items for double use? (i.e. arch sprays becoming head table center pieces…)
Do you rent special equipment such as urn, arbors, aisle runners, linens, or centerpiece containers?
Yes, but notice is required
Do you decorate the cake with flowers or should the cake shop?
Either or can be done, but we do alot of cakes
What time do you arrive to setup the flowers?
Depends on venue and arrangements made with venue

Is gratuity included in the price? If not, what is the percentage of the service charge?
No, it isn’t and is normally 15-20%
What is the overtime charge?
After 1:30am $25.00 per hour to be billed at time of service
Are there any additional charges not mentioned? (i.e. travel)
Not, unless out of our service area such as Whistler/Chilliwack
How do I book your services?
If you are unwell on the day, will another florist take over?
No, I’ll still be the one to do them
