Yes, all tables, white or ivory linens, flatwear, glasswear and dance floor are included in our packages.

For buffet dinner, we provide 1 staff member for every 25 guests.

We have preferred vendors that we include in our packages, but you are certainly welcome to bring in your own.

We have preferred music vendors, but there is no charge to bring your own.

We have a beautiful Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters.

No, all beverages must be contracted through the beverage service provider appointed by Agave Road.

Q: Can we have our ceremony and reception at Agave Road.
A: Yes, you may have your ceremony and reception at Agave Road.

Q: Does Agave Road allow custom changes to menus and bar packages?
A: Yes, if your substitute is more expensive than the item included in the menu or bar package, you will be charged the difference in price. If there is no difference in price or if the substitute is less expensive than the item included in the menu or bar package, there is no charge for the substitution.

Q: Does Agave Road allow other outside vendors?
A: Yes, you may contract with outside vendor services and we will work with them to coordinate a successful event.

Q: Does Agave Road offer event planning services.
A: Yes, we have an in-house event coordinator included in our packages. She will work closely with you from the moment you decide to have your event at Agave Road until you drive away at the end of your reception to insure your event is stress free and flawless. 

Q: Can we have an event that last longer than the 4 hours provided in your packages?
A: Yes, you may purchase additional time for your reception at the rate of $900 per hour. This rate includes the DJ, security, Agave Road staff, and wait staff. You may elect to close the bar or keep it open at the rate of 20% of the bar package price per hour.

Q: What is required to book my event?
A: We require a $1500 deposit to book the facility accompanied by a signed Facility Rental Agreement. 

Q: Is there special pricing for events held on holidays such as Labor Day and Memorial Day?
A: Holiday bookings are always priced as Saturday evening events regardless of the day on which they fall.
