This made us feel extremely cared for, because in all the meetings and calls you can feel the deep understanding they have of the situation and what your wedding requires. The important thing as a client is having trust in your planner's ability to hear you, and know that they are making that happen, even if you don't see it. To all of us not in the industry, it is impossible to imagine how all of these pieces come together to create such a fantastic outcome. With Ace of Events, your jaw will keep dropping day after day in awe that everything is happening exactly as- and even better than- you envisioned it. Our wedding went off without a single hitch, every second and every detail was perfectly seamless, and it was a 3 day extravaganza in Charlottesville, Virginia with over 300 people. Two weeks later we had a second reception in Long Island, NY with 250 people, and they also planned and executed that event for us with hardly any turnaround time. I am still in disbelief at how they do it, but we'll never know. They are effortless, endlessly upbeat, and will keep you dreaming about the magic of your wedding forever.
