Describe your DJ style:
My style is what you, your family and guests want. Since 1981, I have performed at hundreds of events. No two weddings are the same and no two crowds are the same.
What is your usual attire?
Whatever you request. For wedding receptions, I usually wear a Tuxedo.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
I have thousands of songs and they are all available for you to browse on my website. In the unlikely event I do not have your requested song, I will do everything within my power to find it.
How many other DJs do you work with?
None, I personally perfor at every event.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
I have no minimum I will play for but I do not charge by the hour, it is by the event.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes and it is highly encouraged.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
No
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. I actually bring two complete systems to every event.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
I offer a full lighting system, usually at no charge.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Set-up usually takes about an hour and a half. The site should have a minimum of a 6 foot table available. I am able to provide this if needed.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
I usually require a 8 foot by 6 foot area.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I will emcee or master of ceremonies but will not use a lot of chatter during or between songs.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I do not require a break but a meal should be provided.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
N/A
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I work closely with other DJ's if something were to happen beyond my control.
What is your overtime rate?
N/A
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel charges only apply to events over 30 miles outside of the Springfield, MA area. Charges will depend on distance to include gas and/or hotel.
