I often shoot with a remote camera during the ceremony to different perspectives.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I usually stick with available lighting until the reception when I use lots of off camera lighting to get dramatic and visually dynamic photos.
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital is my primary camera, however, if you prefer film, no problemo.
How many photographers do you work with?
For the most part, just me. No matter how big your wedding is, there is only one bride and one groom. If you choose to have a second photographer I have some fabulous resources.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yep.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Nope.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I am a member of several organizations that provide a great resource of back up photographers.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2 shooting cameras, lots of lenses, some strobes, a touch-up kit for the bride and groom (for those hot days) and a set of back-up equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
yep

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Usually, just dinner.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually, two weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Private online website, but we have a show here in my home studio to premier the photo collection.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yep.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yep.

Yep.
