1. When should we get our passport and do we need one?

ANSWER: Plan ahead! Apply for your passport about 6-9 months before you want to travel. Passports are needed if you travel by air, cruise, or car outside of the U.S. boundaries. You will not need a passport within the 50 United States including Puerto Rico.

2. Is cruising for older people?

ANSWER: Cruising is becoming one of the biggest vacation ideas for honeymooners, family reunions, and small getaways. Decide on when and where you want to cruise. You should also ask your travel agent about the cruise lines reputation and clientele. Certain times of the year (i.e. January) when students are in school there tends to be more retired traveler’s cruising the oceans.
